What we collect and why
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us: through the contact and diagnostic forms (name, company, email address, how you found us, and your message) or by emailing or calling us. We use it solely to respond to you and, where you engage us, to run the engagement.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Form submissions are emailed to info@benubi.com and are not stored in any website database. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and for engagements, for the period required by law and professional practice. We never sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver an engagement (under confidentiality) or by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, or ask for it in portable form. Write to info@benubi.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
