Prior to joining Benubi, whilst at Dragon Rouge, senior Benubi Associates worked with Vin & Sprit on the Cruzan Rum brand. The objective was to make Cruzan the premium rum for consumers looking to enjoy good times with a high-quality drink.
The team told the story of eight generations dedicated to distilling “simply better rum”. The bottle and label were redesigned to express authenticity, heritage and timeless quality across international markets, both on-pack and off-pack.
When V&S decided to redesign the Cruzan Rum packaging line, Saskia led a complex programme spanning multiple variants, price segments, categories, markets and cultures. She provided strong strategic leadership and managed the brand, design development and internal stakeholders extremely well.
